Remember the cigar boom of the 1990s? Cigar makers say the interest is back. Final numbers for 2005 are not in yet, but they're projected to be up almost 10% compared with the year before, to a level last seen in 1998. The USDA estimates that the number of cigars consumed to be close to 5 billion.
